About GradJournal.com

GradJournal.com allows registered users to submit and share the outcomes of their graduate studies applications. Although some websites and online forums that are doing these, GradJournal.com is creating a better wheel by:

1. Focusing on applications to business programmes, such as MBAs, business Masters and business PhDs.

2. Linking applicants' profiles (e.g. GMAT scores, GPAs, research and work experiences, etc.) to their application outcomes.

To the best knowledge of the geeky founder(henceforth known as "The Geek") who did up this website, no other websites are doing these in the same fashion as GradJournal.com.

Vision

Beyond keeping track of application outcomes and statistics, The Geek hopes to create an environment that foster networking and collaboration among graduate students. The Geek has coined the term "Social-Professional (So-Pro) network" to describe such an environment. More services will be lauched to achieve this So-Pro network objective.

History

GradJournal.com currently has a very short history. It was launched on Feburary 25, 2007 by The Geek. While impatiently waiting to hear responses from the schools that he applied to, The Geek spent one weekend to do up the first version of GradJournal.com. Now, he is using pockets of time to add features and enhancements to the website.
